The ability to retrieve funds from an Amazon store after it has been suspended depends on various factors.
Mild violation
If the account is suspended due to relatively minor violations, such as failing the account review or listing violations, there is usually a chance to retrieve the funds. Typically, the funds will be transferred to the associated payment account within a specified period (e.g., within 90 days), and the seller can then use that payment account for other transactions.

After the Amazon store is closed, sellers can make fund appeals after a certain period of time (usually 60 or 90 days). When the account funds are frozen, the freeze period is 60-90 days, and these funds will be used to pay for customer returns, refunds, compensation, and other unpaid fees by the seller. After the freeze period, Amazon will inform the seller through the normal process that they can apply for a refund of the funds, and the seller can apply as required.
3. Appeal and pass the review.
Even if the time conditions are met, the seller still needs to file a fund appeal according to Amazon's requirements. This may include submitting a detailed action plan, explaining the account violation situation; providing invoices, receipts, the name of the company's registered agent, the account holder's name, the operator's name, operating address, and other information. Afterwards, Amazon may conduct video verification and other review processes. If the review is successful, the seller can reclaim the funds in the account.
Serious violations or special circumstances
If the account is closed due to serious violations such as brushing orders, infringement, selling counterfeit goods, etc., it will be very difficult to withdraw funds. In these cases, if the appeal is unsuccessful, it may be difficult to recover the funds. For example, if a store is closed for selling fakes, Amazon has a strong crackdown on such violations and may reject sellers' fund appeal requests.
Due to the restrictions of the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in the United States, settlement negotiations are the only option in this situation.
