4. Customer Service Rules
Respond promptly: Businesses need to respond promptly to consumer inquiries and complaints, typically within 24 hours. Businesses should carefully address consumer questions, providing professional and accurate information.
Problem solving: Merchants should actively resolve consumers' issues and disputes. For consumers' requests such as returns and refunds, they should handle them promptly according to Amazon's relevant policies to ensure that consumers' legitimate rights and interests are protected.
5. Logistics Service Rules
Inventory Management: Merchants need to maintain accurate inventory information, update inventory quantities in a timely manner, and avoid situations such as stockouts and overselling. If a merchant's inventory management is poor, leading to orders being unable to be shipped on time, it will affect the merchant's performance indicators.
Delivery time: Merchants need to deliver goods on time according to the agreed time to ensure that the products can be delivered to consumers on time.
